Yoko Hikasa

Yoko Hisaka is a voice actress and a singer. She belongs to numerous voice actors’ groups and sings a lot of opening or ending theme songs. She also appears a lot on NHK, doing live shows and voice-overs, too. She has a great reputation as a singer as well as a voice actress for Mio Kiyama.
Her own joke “Tehepero” has become a TV hit and the expression was commonly used among young girls in 2011.
