Haruko Momoi
Haruko Momoi, singer and voice actress, born in 1977, sings upbeat and energetic pop songs that fit perfectly to the type of anime or video games she usually sings for.
Over the last decade, Momoi has established herself as a lyricist, composer, and voice actress. She made her acting debut in the anime series The Soul Taker and has gone on to voice characters in other notable animes includingFinal Fantasy: Unlimited. Halko also released her first single as a recording artist in 2000.
Her nickname of Halko (while her real name is Haruko), comes from HAL9000, the computer’s name of the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey.
She also known as the “Queen of Akihabara” and the creator of the trendy ‘Maid
Cafes’.
