Formed by KIM, AIBA, and TOSHIRO, three former members of Hi-Fi from Sendai, and 59 and MOZ, two former members of ONIDAIKO, another band from Sendai. The two groups made a fateful encounter in Sendai City and immediately, their polar opposite musicality began to attract each other, eventually leading to the band’s formation.

Cocobat are a Japanese hardcore metal band. The band formed in 1991 with four members: bassist Take-Shit, vocalist Ryuji, guitarist Suzuki Shinichi, and drummer Matsuzaki. Their first album, Cocobat Crunch, was released in April 1992 by the indie label Sinkie.
