Miwako Okuda


In 1982, Okuda was born in Yonago city, Tottori.
On February 2nd, 2000, debuted with the single “Shizuku” from Sony Records (now DefSTAR Records).
In 2003, transferred to BMG Japan and released the single “Aozora no Hate”. Released 8 singles and 2 albums.
In 2008, changed her stage name to Miwa Okuda.
Collaborated with Hideaki Kikuchi, ex-guitarist of THE YELLOW MONKEY and participated in the project “brainchild’s” which he produced.
On February 25th, 2009, released the single “Kimi no Te” from the music download label COCOON.
Has released a total of 3 singles and an album (including compilations) as download only tunes under her new name Miwa Okuda.
On February 23rd, 2011, released the album “GOLDEN☆BEST Okuda Miwako”.
Changed her stage name back to Miwako Okuda.
On February 8th, 2012, released her first single, a cover song named “Jinsei ni Kanpai wo”, from Nippon Crown.
