Kana Hanazawa, as an Engine, Sings the New Prius Theme Song “Shijou No Koe”

A music video of Kana Hanazawa singing “Shijou No Koe” (literally translated “voices from test driving”) is now released on Toyota’s Official YouTube channel.

The song “Shijou No Koe” is a theme song of Toyota’s new campaign “PRIUS! IMPOSSIBLE GIRLS,” presenting characters as avatars of car parts in the new hybrid car. A VOCALOID version by “OSTER project” created with voices of people actually test driving Prius has been released in January, and with Hanazawa now being the voice actress of a character named 2ZR-FXE Engine, they announced to release a cover song version with her singing.
