Keiichiro Shibuya x Miku Hatsune Vocaloid Opera Landed on China.

“THE END” a vocaloid opera by Keiichiro Shibuya and Miku Hatsune hit the stage of “Shanghai Grand Stage “ in China on October 17th.

This performance was enthusiastically invited by “China Shanghai Art Festival”. The staffs were attracted by the Tokyo performance and Bunkamura Orchard Hall introduced them to the act to make the China performance come true.

“THE END” does not feature any human performers and instead, vocaloids sing Arias and Recitativo. Artists such as Keiichiro Shibuya, evala, YKBX collaborated to put together the show with seven 6-channel projectors and 10.2chsurround system. Miku’s costume is designed by Marc Jacobs who used to design for Loui Vuitton.
