NOE considered the most popular Japanese artist in Croatia

Japanese female indie artist NOE is gathering a lot of attention in Croatia. NOE headed to Croatia in May 2014 and has been playing shows, doing interviews and recording while creating a name for herself.

She enlisted Baby Dooks, who has produced countless world-renowned artists such as Public Enemy, to produce her new songs. The new songs are very original and combine western music and J-POP brilliantly. It is rare for a Japanese artist to record and perform in Croatia.
