HOTEI Announces Special Guest Artists for November 9th London Show
November 9th will see a coming together of legendary artists from across the globe, joining forces at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Japanese rock guitarist HOTEI has just announced that the show will feature special guest performances by Andy Mackay, English multi-instrumentalist best known as a founding member of Roxy Music, and Mike Edwards, the vocalist for successful British group Jesus Jones. Both gentlemen have collaborated in the past with HOTEI, making November 9th a special reunion.
HOTEI will perform songs from his extensive catalogue including the acclaimed “Battle Without Honor or Humanity,” known globally as the theme song from Tarantino’s film Kill Bill.
In addition to guest artists Andy Mackay and Mike Edwards, HOTEI will be joined by a band of international all star members. Drummer Zachary Alford, played on David Bowie’s latest album The Next Day and will be traveling from NY for the show, as well as the well known New York-based British bassist, Tony Grey. Toshiyuki Kishi (keyboard/programming) and Steve Eto (percussion) will also join the band for what promises to be a night of incredible music.
