TEMPURA KIDZ have collaborated with Angry Birds, the world famous game that has been downloaded 25 million times, on a song called “SUKI SUKI! TEMPURA KIDZ”. The song is now available for digital download in 39 countries worldwide.

LITE release SXSW concert video & will go to England in August

LITE performed at in Austin, Texas this March. A video of their performance of “Pirates and Parakeets” from the concert is now up on YouTube.
This video was produced as a collaboration with the HDR-MV1 Sony Music Video Recorder. The video combines live footage, candid backstage shots, and local footage.
LITE will perform at “ArcTanGent Festival 2015” in Bristol, England in August.

CAPSULE’s new album “WAVE RUNNER” confirmed for Taiwan release. Taiwan concert also announced

CAPSULE have confirmed the Taiwan release of their 15th album, “WAVE RUNNER”. The album will be titled “Yīn Làng Lǐngháng Zhě” and will be released by Warner Taiwan on May 15.
CAPSULE will also play their first Taiwan concert to commemorate the release. They will appear at in Taipei, Taiwan.

Tomoyasu Hotei signs with overseas rock label

Guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei announced that he has signed with overseas rock label, Spinefarm Records.
His first release on the label will feature American “punk rock icon”, Iggy Pop (67), on guest vocals. The song is called “How the Cookie Crumbles” and will be digitally released in the UK and Europe under his “HOTEI” moniker on June 15.

EGOIST’s huge sing along at their first Hong Kong “one-man”

EGOIST held their first overseas “one-man” concert at Hong Kong STARHALL on Thursday, April 30. 2000 fans attend the concert, and many of them formed long lines to buy CDs and other merchandise before the show.
EGOIST performed “Great Distance”, a song by ryo (supercell) and sung by chelly, for the first time. The fans were blown away by this song that had not been performed in Japan before.
