AK-69 is a lone HIP HOP artist.
He even sings about choosing the rougher paths, proving his existence as a rapper making it from the hell to the top.
He won “BEST HIP HOP ARTIST” in MTV VMAJ 2015 and charted top in Oricon DVD chart.
He was the first to be interviewed at HOT97, New York’s hottest Hip Hop radio station, appearing at an event hosted by the station. He had a hall tour going to 13 cities, which was the biggest tour he had ever done. His music has been most frequently used by Baseball players entrance for two years (in 2014 and 2015). His beats are favored by athletes such as boxer, football player, jockeys, gymnasts, and fighters, as well as company executives in many industries including IT.
He launched his own label “Flying B Entertainment Inc.”, seeking for more independence in January 2016.
In 2016, he got signed to “Def Jam Recordings “ as the first artist for the legendary hip hop label’s relaunch .
