GO-BANG'S

GO-BANG’S is a female pop band who made a major label debut in May 1988. Their pop looks and the cute but “Tomboy”-ish songs made the band popular. “Ainikite! I NEED YOU!” became a big hit in 1990 as a TV commercial song for a ski gear store, and they made a big success , playing at Nippon Budokan twice. The band broke up in 1994.
Kaori Moriwaka now acts as a singer and lyricist, and she re-started the band as her solo project after making a statement called “GO-BANG’S Declaration” in June 2013.
