Ryuichi Sakamoto Chosen as the Judge of the “70th Venice Film Festival” Competition

It was announced that Ryuichi Sakamoto will be part of the judging for the “70th Venice Film Festival” Competition.

This film festival will be held from August 28th to September 7th. Judges who are currently announced are the judge leader Bernardo Bertolucci, film director / scriptwriter Andrea Arnold, cinematographer Renato Berta, actress Martina Gedeck, film director / scriptwriter Pablo Larrain, actress Virginie Ledoyen, and actor / film director Jiang Wen. In the past film festivals, director Nagisa Oshima and director Shinya Tsukamoto has served as a judge as well.
