A Japanese singer/voice actor. Belongs to King Records. Originally debuted as SHOWTA.
On July 26th, 2006, made his major debut with the single “Negaiboshi”.
On November 22nd, 2006, released 2nd single “Trans-winter – Fuyu no Mukougawa-“. Became a big hit by being inserted in the TV Asahi drama “Damens Walker”.
On April 4th, 2007, released 3rd single “Hitoshizuku”.
On January 23rd, 2007, released 4th single “Kimini, Kaze ga Fukimasuyoni”.
On April 1st, 2008, sang “Hikari no Gen chan”, the April/May 2008 song for the NHK “Minna no Uta”.
On January 14th, 2009, released 6th download-limited single “Ekubo”. On January 14th, 2010, contract with Our Songs expired, and put an end to any further updates of the official homepage.
On February 1st, 2010, changed his alias to Noboru Ryugaki and restarted his anime song/voice actor career.
In October 2010, changed his name to Aoi Shota.
On February 24th, 2011, made his voice actor debut with the PSP software “Black Robinia”.
On July 27th, 2011, re-debuted as anime song singer with the song “Koi no Sasameki Goto”, the theme song for “Sangokushi LOVERS Drama CD1”.
On May 24th, 2012, cast as Ai Mikaze for the PSP “Uta no ☆ Prince Sama♪Debut”.
