This band of brothers from Kyoto, Japan was originally formed in 1999.
Since that time, this post-rock duo, known simply as KICELL, has combined their loose folksy vide and floating-on-the-sea ambiance to consistently provide rock music that takes you to another dimension of sound and mind.
