The song “FLAT” by livetune, being the theme song of the TV animation “Hamatora” onair from January of 2014, and famous for its gorgeous collaboration with Ozaki of Galileo Galilei. The TV size of this was made public with the 3rd series of the anime.
This is the animized version of the comic posted on the Weekly Young Jump from November, and along with the piece`s popularity, the gorgeous staffs and voice actors has caught the attention before it was even onair.
