TAKUYA TAKUYA made a major label debut as the guitarist of JUDY AND MARY’s guitarist in 1993.　He is a very energetic guitarist and is known for the tricky but, melodious play with edgy tone. His guitar even moves from note to note behind the vocal, adding texture to the song. Takuya is from Kyoto, which makes him write melancholic songs such as “KYOTO” “Irotoridori no Sekai” and “HOTARU”.
After the break up of JUDY AND MARY in 2001, he performed as a member of “ROBO+S”. He also write songs for Aki Toyosaki, Milky Bunny(Tsubasa Wakamasu”, THE NAMPA BOYS and Gilgames.
In 2012, he started a new band called “TAKYUYA and The Cloud Collectors”.
