Izukoneko have been performing as a “catty small animal idol for a new generation“. The mixture of idol pop and contemporary music shows their unique musicality and the perfect “Idol-ish” performance has been creating a buzz.
Also they have been known for singing dark lyrics, which is rare for an idol group, with smily faces. The gap between the facial expression and the lyric, and also between contemporary music and idol pop has been their attraction. However, they decided to break up in March 2014.
