the GazettE’s New Album Ranks-In In European Charts

the GazettE released their new album “BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY” on October 23. Along with ranking-in in the TOP 10 in iTunes charts in Europe including The UK and France, the hash tag for the name of the new album, “BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY”, came up as one of the worldwide trend word for Twitter.

“BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY” is the seventh original album release by the leading visual kei band, the GazettE, which was released on October 23 in 79 countries around the world. Just before the release of the album, fans around the world Tweeted enthusiastically about this long-awaited release. Early morning on October 22 (European time), #BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY became one of the most popular trend words along with becoming one of Twitter’s most popular worldwide trend topics.

Immediately after the album’s release, it ranked in at fifth place in the French iTunes Rock Chart, third in the UK iTunes Metal Chart, seventh in the Italian iTunes Rock Chart, second in the Finnish iTunes Rock Chart and more. Furthermore, the album has ranked in at eight place on Amazon’s hard rock/heavy metal Hot New Releases with just the pre-order reservations prior to its release on November 4. Both the package and digital distribution releases have been raking in big numbers all over the world.
