Yukari Miyake

Yukari Miyake A member of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force and the only soprano singer who belongs to the Tokyo Self-Defense Force Band.
Graduated from the Vocal Music course within the Music Department and enrolled in the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force in April 2009. In September that year, became the first vocalist within the Tokyo Maritime Self-Defense Force Band.
In July 2013, uploaded the song “Inori ~a prayer (Piano version)”, a support song for the restoration after the Great East Japan Earthquake, to YouTube. The song was featured on news programs and led to her CD debut.
Her neat and lovely looks and clear voice has attracted fans, earning her the title, “Diva of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Band”.
