Joined Together by Disaster Recovery Support Efforts, 1,800 Fans Come to Youmou & Ohana’s Taiwan Live Show
Youmou & Ohana held a one-band live show at the ATT SHOW BOX 1 in Taipei, Taiwan on March 2. The approximately 1,800-member audience of locals was mesmerized by their performance.
The two members of Youmou & Ohana were given a warm welcome by their local fans when they held their live show. Hana Chiba, the vocalist, seemed astonished that the crowd was livelier than she had expected, saying “Honestly, I was surprised because more people came to our one-band live show here than they did when we held it in Tokyo.” She promised their local fans that the band would work hard to continue activities in Taiwan from now on.
Their new song, “Uta no Tegami ~Arigatou~” (“Song Letter ~Thank You~”), which they performed publicly for the first time during their encore on this day, is being distributed for free on Youmu & Ohana’s official website for a one-month limited period starting on March 7 as a part of their campaign titled “Give This Song to That Person Campaign.” The band is also releasing their new album “LIVE IN LIVING ’13,” which includes “Uta no Tegami ~Arigatou~,” on April 23. To coincide with this release, they will be carrying out a Cafe Tour called “LIVE IN LIVING ’13” starting on April 9.
