[Alexandros] Kawakami & Isobe start as radio regulars in Australia

“The J-Rock Sessions with [Alexandros]” with Yoohei Kawakami (vocals, guitar) and Hiroyuki Isobe (bass, vocals) of [Alexandros] has started airing on Australian radio station SBS PopAsia as of Wednesday, September 2 19:00 (local time). The radio show will air over 12 weeks.

This is the first time that a Japanese artist has DJ’ed on SBS PopAsia. The two were invited to host the show after the song “WATARIDORI” became a big hit on the public broadcast program, SBS PopAsia. Kawakami lived in Syria from third grade to his third year in middle school, and Isobe lived in Los Angeles from sixth grade to his third year in middle school. The two, who are fluent in English, talk about the Japanese rock scene for an hour.
