AAA’s Music Video For “Koioto to Amazora” Exceeds 10 Million Plays

The music video for AAA’s single “Koioto to Amazora”, which was released in September 2013 has now exceed 10 million plays.

The song is a medium-tempo love song sending strong feelings of love up into the rainy autumn sky. The music video captures a love story amongst the members. With rumors amongst fans that one’s love would be fulfilled upon viewing the video, the play count exceeded a million within a month of its release.

The song went on to win the Best Record Award at the Japan Record Awards. As the song was sung at “NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen”, play counts jumped on YouTube again and led to a comeback on numerous distribution charts.

In February 2014, the song finally exceeded 10 million in play counts. Comments celebrating this incredible feat were left by fans on YouTube’s comment section, Twitter and more.

In response to this, the new single “Love”, which would be released on February 26, will feature and orchestral version of the song as coupling track. In addition to the newly recorded orchestra parts, the vocals were rerecorded for the occasion. The song meeting a grandiose finish is a must-listen for all fans.

The music video for “Love” is now available for viewing on YouTube. Within two weeks since its release, it has exceeded 700,000 plays. At this rate, the song would surpass the million mark even before the song’s release.
