AKINO

Although both her parents were from Okinawa Prefecture, AKINO grew up in the U.S. She is a member of the sibling quartet group “bless4”.
Thanks to her vocal virtuosity, she was chosen by Yoko Kanno to sing for the opening theme song of the TV animation “Sousei no Aquarion”. She is currently 21 years old. Due to the hit of the single “Sousei no Aquarion” which was released in 2005, AKINO won the silver award for the “2009 JASRAC Award”.
Her unparalleled pitch, clear tone, and powerful singing has mesmerized the young.
