Yukie Sone

Yukie Sone (real name) is a Japanese singer-songwriter.
From April 2007 to September 2010, she worked as the DJ for the radio program “YAMAMAN presents MUSIC SALAD FROM U-kari STUDIO” (bayfm) on Mondays and Wednesdays. After she retired from that position, the program “Sone Yukie no songs one” started from the same radio company.
In October 2009, she became the Thursday DJ for the program “Listen? 〜Live 4 Life〜” of Nippon Cultural Broadcasting. Her nickname is “Sonechan”, and she was called “Yuchi” by a college from “Brunch”. She is also called “Chansone” by Mai Oshima and Yuka Konan calls her “Chan Yukie”.
She formed the duo group “Onyasai” along with Azusa Kishimoto, and on March 26th, 2008, released their debut CD “AIKA”. On February 11th, 2009, made her solo debut with the Internet download only track “Aogeba Toutoshi” from Dreamusic. On October 6th, 2010, made her major debut with the release of “Ginmokusei”. The song was coupled with “Aogeba Toutoshi”.
