VAMPS, 5000 VAPMS Call at England’s ＜DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL＞

VAMPS attended England’s largest rock festival, ＜DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL＞, on June 14th. A total of 150 rock artists participated in this fest., and was held for three days from the 13th to the 15th in the suburb of England.

The＜DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL＞ of 2014 was of famous line up, with Aerosmith, Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park, and The Offspring as head liner. More than a total of 40,000 fans came on the 14th, and 5,000 rock fans gathered to the site in which VAMPS performed at.

7 songs representing the current VAMPS were performed, including the newly released song which people had long hoped for, “THE JOLLY ROGER”, and also “DEVIL SIDE”, “HUNTING”, and “WORLD’S END”. Since things were behind schedule during the last song, “SEX BLOOD ROCK N’ ROLL”, the sound system faced a force termination and the performance suddenly ended at only a minute left of the performance, a quite common accident in a fest. However, the call “VAMPS! VAMPS! VAMPS!” from audiences praising their performance did not end.
