DIR EN GREY, Number One on Oricon ranking for the first time in career. National tour starts from this weekend
DIR EN GREY’s new mini album “THE UNRAVELING” which was released on April 3rd was ranked 1st for the Oricon CD album daily ranking of April 2nd. This is DIR EN GREY’s first time to be ranked 1st on Oricon ranking in their career.
“THE UNRAVELING” was attracting attention before the release since the CD is composed of the new song “Unraveling” and old songs like “Gou”, “Kasumi” and “THE FINAL” remade.
On May 24th at Tokyo Shibuya Koukaido, there will be a live
Also DIR EN GREY will be starting a national tour
Niko Niko Namahoso will be broadcasting a 3 night special show called “DIR EN GREY CHANNEL “THE UNRAVELING”” from April 4th to 6th concurrently with the release of “THE UNRAVELING” and the tour. On the show there will be videos and clips from lives in the past, and Niko Niko Namahoso regular show “DIR EN GREY × Boo CHANNEL” will be broadcasted. On April 6th, Kaoru(G) will be appearing as a guest on “DIR EN GREY × Boo CHANNEL#7” which will be broadcasted live.
